Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Introduction
- By purchasing a ticket and/or attending either Savannah Comic Con or Savannah Animazing Anime & Video Game Expo (collectively referred to as "the Events"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all ticket holders, vendors, exhibitors, and attendees.
2. Ticket Purchase and Admission
- Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid for the specific event date and time as stated on the ticket. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in this agreement.
- Age Restrictions: Certain events within the conventions, such as the burlesque show, are restricted to attendees aged 18 and older. Valid ID is required.
- Entry Rights:The Events reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees without refund if they violate any terms of this agreement, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the event.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Event Rescheduling: In the event that either of the Events is rescheduled, whether due to weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is fully canceled by the Events' organizers, ticket holders will receive a full refund. No other compensation will be provided.
- Force Majeure: The Events shall not be liable for refunds or any other compensation in the event of delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or national emergencies.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or if an attendee is unable to attend for any reason.
4. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, vendors, and guests. Discrimination, harassment, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Dress Code: Attendees must adhere to a family-friendly dress code. Costumes and attire that are offensive, excessively revealing, or otherwise inappropriate are not permitted.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited: illegal substances, alcohol (unless provided by the venue), and any items that could cause harm or disruption.
- Weapons Policy: Real weapons are strictly prohibited. Replica weapons are allowed but must be inspected and approved by our weapons check team upon entry. Any replica weapon deemed unsafe or inappropriate by our staff will be banned from the event.
5. Vendor and Exhibitor Conduct
- Behavior: Vendors and exhibitors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, staff, and other vendors. Any vendor or artist found to be rude, disrespectful, or engaging in inappropriate behavior towards staff or other participants will be asked to leave the event immediately. No refunds will be provided, and they may be prohibited from participating in future events.
- Booth Assignment: Booth assignments are at the discretion of the Events and may be changed without notice.
- Vendor Liability: Vendors are responsible for their merchandise, booth setup, and any damage caused to the venue or other vendors.
- Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to tax obligations, health and safety regulations, and intellectual property laws.
6. Liability
- Personal Injury: The Events are not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or property damage incurred during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
- Lost or Stolen Items: The Events are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Force Majeure: The Events are not liable for any delay or cancellation due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, and government regulations.
7. Photography and Media
- Consent to Photography: By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Events or their partners. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
- Restricted Photography: Attendees are prohibited from taking photographs or recordings in designated no-photography zones.
8. Intellectual Property
- Trademark and Copyright: All content provided by the Events, including logos, images, and materials, are protected by trademark and copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Vendor Content: Vendors and exhibitors must ensure they have the rights to sell or display any intellectual property at the event.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Events shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Savannah, Georgia.
- Legal Fees: In the event of a dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
10. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: The Events reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.

By attending/or purchasing Savannah Comic Con or Savannah Animazing Anime & Video Game Expo tickets or Vendor/Artist Booth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
